wtf is the difference between categories and tags? I know tags you can simply add a new one on without “defining” it in the first place. But wtf is the point of that when I can make category perform the same function

I do not freaking understand
My server stopped sending e-mails a couple of days ago. Found out my entire server could not resolve hostnames, turns out that my DNS server recursion is turned off - that is why!
I was advised to turn it off for security purpose. I’ve now have to restrict it so it is turned for local services.
Weird, took me and the server support team 3 days to figure out.
