Siu Lun

So I’ve finally made a new template. It is as simple as it can get. Obviously a lot of bits and pieces are not finished yet, and I’m sure there is problems with IE6 – which I cannot be bothered to fire up mv XP VM to check and correct. (I’m running Vista x64 atm)

Will finish the rest when I get some time. I’ll also be putting other enhancements graphics over the course of next week/month.

You’ll also probably notice ChanSiuLun.com logo rather than SiuLun.net – well some nob bought siulun.com which is what I wanted to get – should’ve really bought that when I had the chance, now someone is sitting there instead – probably some domain selling jerk.

Anyway, I’ll be changing over to the new domain with this old one redirecting to the new one soon.

wtf is the difference between categories and tags? I know tags you can simply add a new one on without “defining” it in the first place. But wtf is the point of that when I can make category perform the same function

I do not freaking understand

My server stopped sending e-mails a couple of days ago. Found out my entire server could not resolve hostnames, turns out that my DNS server recursion is turned off – that is why!

I was advised to turn it off for security purpose. I’ve now have to restrict it so it is turned for local services.

Weird, took me and the server support team 3 days to figure out.
