Wow - already another album. This must be their quickest succession of album making. I remember the first Coldplay album. That was fantastic at the time and age. The new album is simply amazing! Viva la vida especially is a great song.
Really love how their band integrates violin, piano and not simply a guitar fest. I’ve always loved coldplay and I’m a bit gutted. They played in Reading once, just before they released their X&Y album in their “quiet” period. I wish I had gone, now the chances after they’ve gone global to see them is hard!!
Their music can almost be described as modern “Rock Orchestra” like, the sound is rich.
