Those who claim to have digital experience in Hong Kong, most of them can't build them themselves, and actually live off nothing. They're like those so called 'consultants'. i.e. bunch of scammers living off the ignorance of the public.

Be informed, now plebs, that consultants and people who generally cannot build the system they advise on are nothing more than a little bit more informed plebians.

I don't know what it is about Hong Kong people, maybe actually it is more of a trait of chinese people in general, but the majority (not all). The majority of people in Hong Kong loves to bullshit, they bullshit on things they don't know and they're so obviously bullshiting.

This is a lesson well learnt, look at someone twice, ask them to prove their worth before you ever hire them.
