Hurray for web admins

According to this article, the courts have ruled that websites are not liable for third party posts. This is great news for any website operators. However it may be implying that websites such as YouTube is not liable for the millions of video that have infringed copyright, although in the article itself it does actually refer to only individuals, what's the implication on this on large community websites?
