Podcasting has been patented
WTF. A company in the US has sucessfully patented the idea of podcasting.

2003, while it is arguable whether podcasting existed then, one thing for sure which existed is RSS and podcasting requires RSS feeds and the mechanics is not so different from simple RSS feeds of articals.
This patent needs to be revoked same to many US issued internet related patents.
